Single-component silicone sealant with good processing properties, great adherence and a wide application area. Insulates and seals in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Adheres to most building materials such as stone, metal and wood materials, glass and plastic surfaces. Suitable for slightly alkaline, metal surfaces. Adheres well to porous surfaces. Mould, UV, moisture and weather resistant. Excellent processing and smoothing properties. Insulation and sealing of connections in general construction and repair works. Also on surfaces where acid-curing silicone cannot be used e.g., sheet metal works and ventilation works etc. All finishing, insulation and ventilation works. Application Conditions<\/h4>\n
\n

Application temperature between +5 \u00b0C and +40 \u00b0C. The application temperature of the sealant must be +20 \u00b0C - +25 \u00b0C. The application at temperatures lower than +5 \u00b0C, can only be carried out when connected surfaces are free of condensation, snow and ice. Do not use in contact with natural stones such as marble, granite, fibre, cement and mortar. Do not use in contact with metals such as lead, copper, brass and zinc due to corrosion. Silicone may discolour in contact with some organic elastomers, e.g. EPDM and neoprene. Not suitable for sealing aquariums and for under-water applications.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Cleaning<\/h4>\n

Uncured sealant, tools and hands can be cleaned with water or special moist wipes. Cured sealant can be removed mechanically by using special cleaning agents for removal of cured silicones for softening the sealant. Application<\/span>Instruction<\/span><\/h3>

The surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles and oil. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth. Solvent rests should be removed before evaporating with the clean cloth.
280 ml cartridge: Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing sealant. Cut the threaded end in a way where a suitable opening for application is produced. Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with sealant, by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger.
600 ml foil package: Open the application nozzle of the gun, insert the package in the gun and open the applicator side by removing the fastening clamp. Place the applicator nozzle on the opened end and screw on the cap.
Apply sealant in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing on gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the joint.
